This is on top of the pop-up store we have at SingPost Center. Have we gone mad? Maybe, but there’s a method to our madness. At IUIGA, we are of the belief that retail is not dead. As much as online shopping offers convenience, affordability and allows you to shop with no sales pressure, nothing that beats the experience of going shopping at the physical retail store. Physical stores allow you to get the services and products you want instantly. No need to wait agonizingly in your house for what you bought to arrive. With physical stores, you can also check the quality of the product in your hand instantly and give feedback in real time. Furthermore, you can get access to direct and fast after-sales service as you can talk to the seller to raise your concerns or return/exchange the product. However, this comes at a premium. What if we told you that you don’t have to compromise.
‘New Retail’ Experience – Getting The Best of Both Worlds
Our two new stores in Tampines 1 and Causeway Point are expansions of the ‘New Retail’ concept we introduced with our SingPost Center store. From the start, our aim was to bring a new shopping experience that places the customer first. Thus, the stores that we have opened are designed to bring you a seamless online to offline ‘New Retail’ shopping experience. For that we’ll need you to register an account to gain full access.
When you register online, we are also able to lower our retail costs such as going paper-free. All receipts are digital and sent directly to your emails.
Warranties work the same way as e-receipts so you do not have to keep a copy of a hard copy warranty card that may be misplaced or turn mouldy anymore. These are online best practices translated offline.
These processes may seem trivial but they amount to a lot of time spent on manpower to follow up after sales.

Same Price – Offline & Online
No need to compare prices, our products are priced the same offline and online. When we launched the brand last year, we were able to deliver on the promise of premium quality essentials without the markups as we sold our products directly to you with no hefty traditional overheads. To achieve this price uniformity offline and online, we are making full use of our retail stores. They serve as a showroom, retail space, pickup point, exchange point and holding space for our stock. The stores also double up as a channel to communicate with our customers directly and serves as a marketing channel as well. All this allows us to bring you the same affordable prices online and offline.
4 in 1 Retail+ Experience
In addition, our stores in Tampines 1, Causeway Point and SingPost Center serve these functions.
Stores serve as a space to let you feel and experience our quality firsthand. Unlike the online store, we have removed the “Same Manufacturer Tags.” in our offline stores. For our online channels, we adopted this tag to establish a point of comparison for the quality of IUIGA’s products over the screen. However, there is no real need for that in our physical stores as you can feel, play with, interact and experience the quality firsthand.

3) Pickup Point:
We hear you, not anyone can have the luxury of staying at home to wait for your purchase. Getting the logistics to staff to leave it in the riser is also a risky endeavor. We have a simple solution. Order online and choose from any of our stores at Causeway Point, Tampines 1 and Singpost Center to pickup your item. Best part, it’s free! Do note that it will take about 3 working days for us to send your order to the pickup point.
4) Exchange Your Online Purchases In Store:
Return and exchange your online purchase with ease. Now you can do a 1- for-1 exchange in store as long as the item is available in store.

Completing our Retail+ Store experience is the technology we have implemented for a better customer experience. With our Interactive RFID Screen Experience, QR Code Scanning and Cashierless checkout, your trip to an IUIGA store will be a relaxing and enjoyable one.
Interactive RFID Screen Experience:
This feature is only available at our Tampines 1 and Causeway Point stores. Simply pick up the products tagged with the RFID tags that say scan me, and wave it in front of the screen. The whole display is a touch screen where you can read customer reviews and get more information to help you with your purchase.

Every product in our store is tagged with a QR code. When you download our app, you can scan the QR code for instantaneous information that will help you with your purchase decision. When scanned with a mobile device and our app, you will be presented with the option to add the item to cart or to save it to your wish list to continue your shopping later online.
As much as queues are the only thing that stops things from descending into chaos, there is no better feeling than skipping the queues. All you need for this is to download our app, scan the barcodes of the products, checkout via the app and verify your purchases with the staff at the counter.
